What is the Audience Cover Caveat?
By default, transaction fees (4.5% + ₦50 for Naira, 8.0% for USD on Creator plans) are deducted directly from your total sales payout. Toggling **"Customer Pays Fee"** instructs the checkout system to calculate these commission margins and add them directly onto the buyer's invoice instead. This means you net exactly 100% of your listed asking price.
When should you enable it?
Most fans, supporters, and course students are happy to cover processing fees to support creators directly. It is commonly accepted across ticket bookings and digital store platforms. If you sell high-ticket products or run campaign donations, turning this option on saves you significant revenue.
